2024 WPC Exhibitor Resources


Exhibitor Schedule 

Tuesday, January 30, 2024

  • 7:00pm – Exhibitors can begin load-in and setup

Wednesday, January 31, 2024

  • 8:00am - 3:00pm – Load-in and booth setup
  • 5:00pm - 6:30pm – Trade show open in conjunction with industry reception

Thursday, February 1, 2024

  • 7:00am - 10:30am – Loadout and booth tear down. All booths and materials must be removed by 10:30am.

Exhibitors are encouraged to participate in all conference offerings to build relationships and visit with attendees.

Booth Specifications

  • Exhibit spaces are 5-by-10 feet and include an 8-foot table and two (2) chairs.
  • Electricity is available for an additional charge of $40 and is purchased during the registration process. If you have already registered and now want to purchase electricity, please contact Lorri Greenhoe at lorri@mipotato.com.
  • Each booth registration receives one (1) complimentary conference attendee registration.
  • Additional exhibitor attendees will need to register at the full conference rate.
    • Additional exhibit spaces can be purchased at a discounted rate of $225

Cancellation of Exhibit Reservation All exhibit booth cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and received by January 9, 2024. A thirty (30%) percent refund of the exhibit booth fee will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for exhibit booth cancellation requests received after January 9, 2024, or if the Exhibitor fails to use their assigned exhibit space. Submit all refund requests to the Winter Potato Conference via email at lorri@mipotato.com.

Exhibitors: All exhibitors, including annual sponsors, need to register the booth space attendees. Click the Register Here link below to do so.

Four Restricted Use Pesticide Credits (RUP) are available. To receive RUP, you must complete the additional form below. RUP credits MUST be submitted by the conference start date.
